A Special Message from Mr. Michaud

To All of Our Valued Customers & Friends,

As our local communities continue to deal with the effects of the Coronavirus, The Michaud Mitsubishi Team's primary focus and concern is the safety and health of our employees and customers. We are doing our best to remain open, keep as many of our people employed as possible and continuing to serve the needs of our customers. However, in an abundance of caution, we are making a few changes to ensure we do so in a very responsible fashion. Those changes and precautions include:

  • Enhanced Safety and Sanitation efforts in our showroom and service department. We clean and disinfect high-traffic areas every hour throughout the day
  • Employee pricing - you pay what we pay on all new & used vehicles - service, too!
  • NO PAYMENTS FOR 120 DAYS on the purchase of any new or pre-owned vehicle!
  • Home Pick Up & Delivery for Service
  • Remote Test Drives
  • 100% Online Purchase/Lease with Home Delivery
  • We will limit the number of people allowed inside showrooms based on facility size.
  • Please call ahead. We will conduct as much business as possible over the phone and remotely. We are very well equipped with the technology that makes this very simple and convenient for all involved.
  • Feel free to drive through our car lots and then call us to bring you a key for at test drive.
  • Please be patient with us as we make these changes and limit the number of customers inside our facility.

We are telling our employees "Social Distancing is NOT optional." We have asked them to adhere to the 6 foot rule and to NOT shake hands with other employees or customers.

We are asking any Employee or Customer showing ANY signs of being sick to please stay home and NOT physically visit our dealership facility.

When you do visit our facilities, again, please know that we have taken additional steps to disinfect our work areas, high traffic customer areas and other high-touch surfaces, however, we still recommend that all customers take extra sanitary precautions as well.
