Jeff in the Service Department is always 'on point' and always has the perfect explanation when something goes wrong with my car. I have always been treated with respect when servicing my car at Michaud Mitsubishi. Wouldn't take it anywhere else. Show Full Review

It's actually fun to go to Michaud's ..the staff is friendly and service is quick. They have a comfy waiting area, tv and coffee. I actually had a great conversation with two customers about our Outlanders(2 sport models and 1 regular). It was clear all of us loves our cars and their handling etc so it us definitely a "feel good" place! Show Full Review

My car flooded and the battery was run down. Service squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and tested the battery. It is fine; just needed to be running for a while. No cost to me. I have always liked dealing with this service dept Show Full Review

My tire pressure sensor light was on for a few days. Service rep. Craig calmed me when I called. My tires were tested for any problem and Craig reported back to me that a tire needed air, and no sensor was a problem. Took about 15 minutes! Show Full Review
